It has many names and can be done in may ways, this blog is my story and how I went about it.
Well I have to say the top and shorts Wiggle sent me are REALLY good, very comfy and a good fit. Can't see why you would need to spend more on expensive gear, very impressed. Err sorry about the guy in them though!!!
